My experience with these guys was absolutely flawless from start to finish. I think it was maybe 10 days from spotting it on AT and the early phone call to discuss options to driving away with my purchase. Darren and Nigel offered without a doubt the best experience I've ever had buying anything, let alone something as monumental as a car! The Ford I originally wanted wasn't right (boot size too small for the dog) but Darren suggested an alternative parked right opposite, which was far more suitable and has worked out even better. PX was very smooth, and they accommodated a test drive, all with enthusiasm and patience. Plus warranty explained well, service and MOT sorted earlier than expected, communication perfect, all the paperwork in place and all at a great price... loved it, and will be buying my next one from them again whenever that may be.
